Onion Man Ditty
A Poem
Onion Man Ditty The onion man took a stand High above the city, He looked out far, looked out wide With eyes full of pity. Off he threw his onion shoes, Kicked em’ real quick, He tossed his cloak of garlic skins And made the folks right sick. He lifted up his onion head, Booming, booming out he said: “Be fast and fearless, Get wild and tough, With a rim dim dackle, And a ram dam ruff." The onion man traveled the land And brought to all good news, Bringing trinkets, baubles, and fatty hams, Till he’d ran his pockets through. Though often lapsed his onion cash He never lacked of loot, Without a doubt you could always snag An onion IOU. And if that slip was loudly read, Booming, booming out it said: “Be fast and fearless, Get wild and tough, With a rim dim dackle, And a ram dam ruff." The onion man pranced and danced He danced his onion dance, He flipped and flailed without a fail Until he dropped his pants. And standing bare with but onion hair He proudly, soundly proclaimed, To all the world without a care The pungence of his onion ways. Damn loud enough to wake the dead, Booming, booming out he said: “Be fast and fearless, Get wild and tough, With a rim dim dackle, And a ram dam ruff."

Read this once, then listened to it.
The reading was real nice- exactly what I was hoping for to bring the onion man to life!
