Fishies Flop
A Poem
Fishies Flop
Hippity-Hop the fishies flop,
The boat begins to rock,
Jumpin’ Joan is floating home
Cause Jumpin’ Joan can’t row.
Joan and I went to sea
To see how the sea is seen,
Cause we looked up in a book,
That said the sea is mean.
It takes the ships and makes them tip
And all the people flip,
Everyone slips in the drink
And all the sillies sink.
Hippity-Hop the fishies flop,
The birds are flying low,
Joan and I are feeling top
Because we’re floating home.
